The EuroRing Federation
EuroRing scales not as one ever-larger loop but as a federation of regional rings, each rooted on and fused through a shared Type A superhub (spec §9). Type A hubs are the continental crossroads that hold the SF6 plant and root every Type B and Type C in their region; the A hubs interconnect to form the backbone. The table below is not a blueprint — it is a live snapshot of the whole 30-nation estate running the identical control-plane engine as the core ring.

The Type A superhubs interconnect; each shared hub behaves like a fuse between rings — a disturbance in one ring is contained and does not propagate (spec §9.1).

- United Kingdom ⇄ Germany
As sustained multi-GW demand appears, B/C stubs re-root onto new Type A superhubs and the A hubs extend the backbone across continents:
- Ireland (Type B) exports its outstanding wind on all three cables.
- France + Spain feed Morocco, which becomes a Type A gateway into Africa.
- Holland + Norway feed a German Type A, opening northern Europe.
- UK reaches west via Iceland/Greenland/Canada toward a future North America ring.
